We are a collective of beatmakers who have banded together for the purpose of legislating heat and growing in the production arts.

All of the rap music producers that I have assembled here at Rap Beats For Free have agreed to give away a couple of beats each for free.

The reason that we are doing this is because we believe that once you try our production and develop a relationship with us,

we will be your go to site for service when youre ready to buy a beat.

You'll have to become a member of the site to download them. Now this doesn't mean that we're going to charge you to be a member of the site or anything, We just want to know as much as we can about you so that we can suit our services to better serve you. We will not be sharing your information with anyone because that's not cool. You join us, it stays with us.

All of the producers are independent contractors here. We are not responsible for the content that they upload and are more than willing to comply with any copyright inquiries that a claimant may have. We dump em, you bump em, ya diiig.

Rap Beats For Free allows users to use the musical compositions on the site for their personal enjoyment and not for commercial duplication or use. This is true of any beat that you download for free and any beat that you lease from rapbeatsforfree.com.

If you download a free beat or purchase beat for lease, you must leave the Rap Beats For Free identification on the track. If you take it off you will be in violation of our copyright for use of the composition.

Rap Beats For Free leases instrumentals for $20.00 per track and the exclusive rights to any composition on the site are for sale for the flat rate of $300. Exclusive rights will give you the right to use the track for commercial uses for up to 1000 copies with your vocal performance on it only. You can't resell, nor re-license the beats to anyone for any reason. By purchasing the exlusive rights, you have made a downpayment against future royalties. This allows you to record to the track and have it removed from circulation or resale for a period of three years. At the end of the three year period, the rights revert back to the original producer of the work in totality. Should you choose to extend that purchase beyond three years, you must have attorney submitted paperwork that ensures the producers royalties against future sales. In short, we give you the track at a great cost, make the most of it. If you didn't make it happen in 3 years, you will need a bigger fee to secure it further.

The producers at Rap Beats For Free retain all of their rights for publishing purposes. There is a 50% split for publishing that is non negotiable no matter how many artists that you put on the composition. Purchasing the exclusive rights from Rap Beats For Free does not grant you a sync license to put the composition in a film nor a television production. You can however use the composition in a music video.
 

This agreement can be amended regularly so please keep an eye on it, as it may change from time to time.
